@7ooor1 Easy to try!
this look yummy
^_^
@PeleoKin It really varies depending on how thick the chicken is and how cold chicken is. You have to keep monitoring. You may have to put the chicken back to oven after cutting it. It’s not easy and I don’t get it right just like you.
How long would I cook the chicken in the oven for? I don’t wanna end up overcooking like I tend to do
@LittleMiss0926 I say white wine or apple juice.
what can i use to replace sake?
@animelover1979 Yes it is. Soy sauce with garlic or ginger or both is really great and used all the time for marinade in Japan. Dipping sauce too. Good for meat & poultry. For vegetable and fish, use soy sauce & lemon juice for dipping sauce.
Is soyasauce and garlic that amazing when mixed together??
@ezjapanesecooking We could all use more sake in our marinade! (smile)
@ChaosButterfly8 Thanks Chaos!
@mangablaze87 Let me know how it turned out!
@KasCooks I agree 100%!! Love garlic! It’s a magical flavor that makes everything so appetizing. You can also use ginger for this too. Ginger /soy sauce/ chicken go really well.
nice recipe!
I love how at the end there was that eaten chicken leg! Looks delicious! I’m going to have to try this! Thanks for making his video
Picking up chicken today, garlic makes everything better!
@Jojeezful Yes, I did flip once. You should be able to do this with the whole chicken too.
@lilredmum Thanks! We all should eat one as soon as it comes out of the oven with beer or sake!!
That looked really good! Did you flip them over during cooking and could you do this with a whole chicken (not cut up)? Thanks.
That looks awesome!! I would have eaten one too!! lol
@misslauracakes This is such an easy recipe. You can really substitute sake+mirin part with just apple juice too.
@PlatypusGuitar Thank you for understanding why I ate a piece ASAP! lol.
I would totally have eaten one as soon as it was out of the oven too. Nice job, I hope your channel will become very succesful.
Yummy what smell!!!! I’ll try it!!! I like chicken^__^
